In addition to this team, the Divine Family are integral partners in The Atira Group. Hal and Rick Divine own and operate businesses worldwide. The Divines have considerable expertise in buying, owning and operating a variety of companies spanning over 40 years. Among their many holdings, the Divines own The Club at Crested Butte, related real estate in the Club at Crested Butte and significant land holdings at the base of Mt. Crested Butte. Additional holdings are in North Carolina, Idaho, Tennessee, Mexico and the Caribbean. The Divine Family is an active participant and investor in a private equity firm that both manages and has ownership control of several manufacturing companies located in the U.S. and Canada. Hal Divine has been involved in several businesses in Asia for over 30 years. The Divine family has a partnership that presently owns a manufacturing company and real estate in Hong Kong. The family is also a part owner of three factories located on the mainland of China that employ over 10,000 individuals.The Harold and Rita Divine Foundation is managed from Boulder, Colo.

Lance Badger, Development Principal
Mr. Badger was a vice president of development for The Cordillera Group for approximately 12 years and was involved with all phases of the development process and management for a variety of Cordillera projects, including project visioning, pro forma and business plan modeling, zoning entitlements, land planning, marketing and sales, and contract and project management. Mr. Badger also worked for Kenneth Leventhal & Company in Washington D.C., conducting asset evaluations in the securitization and bulk sale of real assets for a variety of institutional clients. Mr. Badger has extensive experience in the fields of architecture and construction, having managed the development of a variety of residential and mixed-use properties across New England. He holds a B.A. in Architecture from Columbia College and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
