In addition to this team, the Divine Family are integral partners in The Atira Group. Hal and Rick Divine own and operate businesses worldwide. The Divines have considerable expertise in buying, owning and operating a variety of companies spanning over 40 years. Among their many holdings, the Divines own The Club at Crested Butte, related real estate in the Club at Crested Butte and significant land holdings at the base of Mt. Crested Butte. Additional holdings are in North Carolina, Idaho, Tennessee, Mexico and the Caribbean. The Divine Family is an active participant and investor in a private equity firm that both manages and has ownership control of several manufacturing companies located in the U.S. and Canada. Hal Divine has been involved in several businesses in Asia for over 30 years. The Divine family has a partnership that presently owns a manufacturing company and real estate in Hong Kong. The family is also a part owner of three factories located on the mainland of China that employ over 10,000 individuals.The Harold and Rita Divine Foundation is managed from Boulder, Colo.

Diane Briggs, Development Administrative Assistant – Ski Time Square/Thunderhead
Ms. Briggs serves as the administrative support for the re-development of Ski Time Square and the Thunderhead Lodge sites located in Steamboat Springs, Colo., at the base of the ski mountain. She began her administrative career in the U.S. Army on the General’s Staff/Protocol Office at Fort Riley, Kan. Prior to her move to the Rocky Mountains in early 2005, Ms. Briggs served as the business liaison to the owner of The Anderson Companies of Scottsdale, Ariz., with luxury developments from Hawaii to Scotland, working with international business partners and banks worldwide. Prior to Arizona, Ms. Briggs represented the owners of AHI International of Chicago assisting in the sales and marketing of international tours for alumni associations, corporations and foreign study councils. Currently working on her B.A. in Marketing, Ms. Briggs brings over 25 years of international administrative support experience to The Atira Group.
