In addition to this team, the Divine Family are integral partners in The Atira Group. Hal and Rick Divine own and operate businesses worldwide. The Divines have considerable expertise in buying, owning and operating a variety of companies spanning over 40 years. Among their many holdings, the Divines own The Club at Crested Butte, related real estate in the Club at Crested Butte and significant land holdings at the base of Mt. Crested Butte. Additional holdings are in North Carolina, Idaho, Tennessee, Mexico and the Caribbean. The Divine Family is an active participant and investor in a private equity firm that both manages and has ownership control of several manufacturing companies located in the U.S. and Canada. Hal Divine has been involved in several businesses in Asia for over 30 years. The Divine family has a partnership that presently owns a manufacturing company and real estate in Hong Kong. The family is also a part owner of three factories located on the mainland of China that employ over 10,000 individuals.The Harold and Rita Divine Foundation is managed from Boulder, Colo. badger bouchard briggs engle entlich harris malone mathews maxwell palace reed sikora simon taagen trudeau white wyse Eric Entlich, Director of Construction – Edgemont Prior to joining The Atira Group in early 2008, Mr. Entlich was the senior project manager for The Village of Squaw Valley in Lake Tahoe, Calif., where he managed phase II and the adjacent concrete parking garage. After completion of the Tahoe project, he relocated to Denver and oversaw a variety of projects that included commercial, retail, office buildings and an interior renovation of a 14-story downtown Denver hotel located within the Theater district. In 2006, Mr. Entlich received his contractor’s license in Colorado where he provided cost estimating, pre-construction and project management for new residential buildings along with a hotel condominium project for sale conversion in Crested Butte, Colo. Prior to Lake Tahoe, Mr. Entlich managed two mid-rise mixed-use projects in San Francisco’s downtown south-of-market district and core and shell retail buildings in nearby San Mateo. After his 1992 graduation from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Building Construction, Mr. Entlich served as an estimator and project engineer for several projects on the East Coast.
