In addition to this team, the Divine Family are integral partners in The Atira Group. Hal and Rick Divine own and operate businesses worldwide. The Divines have considerable expertise in buying, owning and operating a variety of companies spanning over 40 years. Among their many holdings, the Divines own The Club at Crested Butte, related real estate in the Club at Crested Butte and significant land holdings at the base of Mt. Crested Butte. Additional holdings are in North Carolina, Idaho, Tennessee, Mexico and the Caribbean. The Divine Family is an active participant and investor in a private equity firm that both manages and has ownership control of several manufacturing companies located in the U.S. and Canada. Hal Divine has been involved in several businesses in Asia for over 30 years. The Divine family has a partnership that presently owns a manufacturing company and real estate in Hong Kong. The family is also a part owner of three factories located on the mainland of China that employ over 10,000 individuals.The Harold and Rita Divine Foundation is managed from Boulder, Colo.

Mark Mathews, Vice President of Development
Mr. Mathews currently oversees the 750,000 square-foot re-development of Ski Time Square and the Thunderhead sites at the base of the ski mountain in Steamboat Springs, Colo. He has over 15 years experience in the resort real estate and development industry including over eight years with Intrawest Placemaking. As vice president of commercial development with Intrawest, Mr. Mathews directed the commercial master planning, design development and commercial build-out of Intrawest mixed use villages in the Colorado region at Snowmass, Winter Park and Keystone, as well as in Florida for the Village of Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, and the Village of Imagine in Orlando. He received his undergraduate degree in Business from Andrews University in Michigan and his MBA from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
