In addition to this team, the Divine Family are integral partners in The Atira Group. Hal and Rick Divine own and operate businesses worldwide. The Divines have considerable expertise in buying, owning and operating a variety of companies spanning over 40 years. Among their many holdings, the Divines own The Club at Crested Butte, related real estate in the Club at Crested Butte and significant land holdings at the base of Mt. Crested Butte. Additional holdings are in North Carolina, Idaho, Tennessee, Mexico and the Caribbean. The Divine Family is an active participant and investor in a private equity firm that both manages and has ownership control of several manufacturing companies located in the U.S. and Canada. Hal Divine has been involved in several businesses in Asia for over 30 years. The Divine family has a partnership that presently owns a manufacturing company and real estate in Hong Kong. The family is also a part owner of three factories located on the mainland of China that employ over 10,000 individuals.The Harold and Rita Divine Foundation is managed from Boulder, Colo.

Michele Palace, Development Administrative Assistant
Ms. Palace joined The Atira Group in March 2007. Prior to The Atira Group, she was a group sales assistant at the Denver Marriott Tech Center. In this role, she was an assistant to three corporate sales managers, handling all support for the sales department, as well as an office merchandiser. In addition, she was responsible for the composition of all group sales agreements, group proposals and group contracts. Ms. Palace is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Leadership and Public Speaking Training Course. Ms. Palace graduated from Air Academy High.
