In addition to this team, the Divine Family are integral partners in The Atira Group. Hal and Rick Divine own and operate businesses worldwide. The Divines have considerable expertise in buying, owning and operating a variety of companies spanning over 40 years. Among their many holdings, the Divines own The Club at Crested Butte, related real estate in the Club at Crested Butte and significant land holdings at the base of Mt. Crested Butte. Additional holdings are in North Carolina, Idaho, Tennessee, Mexico and the Caribbean. The Divine Family is an active participant and investor in a private equity firm that both manages and has ownership control of several manufacturing companies located in the U.S. and Canada. Hal Divine has been involved in several businesses in Asia for over 30 years. The Divine family has a partnership that presently owns a manufacturing company and real estate in Hong Kong. The family is also a part owner of three factories located on the mainland of China that employ over 10,000 individuals.The Harold and Rita Divine Foundation is managed from Boulder, Colo.

John Reed, Development Principal and President of Reed & Associates
Mr. Reed has extensive experience in construction and real estate development that spans more than 30 years. As senior vice president of development for 13 years with The Cordillera Group, Mr. Reed has managed all aspects of development including entitlements and land planning, sales and marketing, design and construction. During this time Mr. Reed supervised the completion of numerous neighborhoods and enclave communities, constructing and selling over 100 homes, over 500 home sites, and constructing two golf courses and clubhouses and over 30 miles of roads and utility lines. Mr. Reed manages all aspects of development at the Club at Crested Butte including renovation of the Clubhouse, creation of a new membership plan, design, sales and construction of Club Cottages, and entitlements, and sale and construction for home sites. Mr. Reed attended the University of Colorado in Boulder.
