In addition to this team, the Divine Family are integral partners in The Atira Group. Hal and Rick Divine own and operate businesses worldwide. The Divines have considerable expertise in buying, owning and operating a variety of companies spanning over 40 years. Among their many holdings, the Divines own The Club at Crested Butte, related real estate in the Club at Crested Butte and significant land holdings at the base of Mt. Crested Butte. Additional holdings are in North Carolina, Idaho, Tennessee, Mexico and the Caribbean. The Divine Family is an active participant and investor in a private equity firm that both manages and has ownership control of several manufacturing companies located in the U.S. and Canada. Hal Divine has been involved in several businesses in Asia for over 30 years. The Divine family has a partnership that presently owns a manufacturing company and real estate in Hong Kong. The family is also a part owner of three factories located on the mainland of China that employ over 10,000 individuals.The Harold and Rita Divine Foundation is managed from Boulder, Colo.

Garrett Simon, Vice President of Development
Mr. Simon is currently responsible for overseeing the development of Edgemont, a 115-unit ski-in, ski-out residential development at the base of Steamboat Springs, Colo. Prior to his involvement with Steamboat Springs, Mr. Simon was responsible for Solstice Mt. Crested Butte, a 240-unit residential development in Crested Butte, Colo. Mr. Simon has over seven years of real estate development experience, previously as the director of development for Clark Investment Group in Wichita, Kan. With Clark Investment Group, Mr. Simon oversaw all aspects of the development of The Waterfront, a 160-acre mixed-use project including five national restaurants, 50,000 square feet of retail and over 500,000 square feet of Class A office. In addition to his role as project manager for The Waterfront, Mr. Simon oversaw the development of over $55 million of commercial and residential projects throughout the country. A graduate of Arizona State University, Mr. Simon received his B.S. in Economics.
