In addition to this team, the Divine Family are integral partners in The Atira Group. Hal and Rick Divine own and operate businesses worldwide. The Divines have considerable expertise in buying, owning and operating a variety of companies spanning over 40 years. Among their many holdings, the Divines own The Club at Crested Butte, related real estate in the Club at Crested Butte and significant land holdings at the base of Mt. Crested Butte. Additional holdings are in North Carolina, Idaho, Tennessee, Mexico and the Caribbean. The Divine Family is an active participant and investor in a private equity firm that both manages and has ownership control of several manufacturing companies located in the U.S. and Canada. Hal Divine has been involved in several businesses in Asia for over 30 years. The Divine family has a partnership that presently owns a manufacturing company and real estate in Hong Kong. The family is also a part owner of three factories located on the mainland of China that employ over 10,000 individuals.The Harold and Rita Divine Foundation is managed from Boulder, Colo.

Tim Taagen, Vice President of Golf Course Development and Operations
Mr. Taagen is the former vice president of golf course maintenance at Cordillera where he was responsible for the oversight of The Mountain Course, The Valley Course, The Short Course, The Summit Course, The Club at Crested Butte, Catamount Ranch and Club (Steamboat Springs, Colo.) and Mayacama Golf Club (Sonoma County, Calif.). Before joining Cordillera, Mr. Taagen was the superintendent of Green Gables Country Club in Denver, Colo. and prior to his tenure there, was the assistant superintendent of Cherry Hills Country Club. He was also the assistant superintendent at Crooked Stick Golf Club in Carmel, Ind. where he assisted with the renovation of the Pete Dye-designed course in preparation for the future 1991 PGA Championship. Mr. Taagen graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Golf Course Maintenance and completed a superintendent training program at Augusta National Golf Club in Augusta, Ga.
