In addition to this team, the Divine Family are integral partners in The Atira Group. Hal and Rick Divine own and operate businesses worldwide. The Divines have considerable expertise in buying, owning and operating a variety of companies spanning over 40 years. Among their many holdings, the Divines own The Club at Crested Butte, related real estate in the Club at Crested Butte and significant land holdings at the base of Mt. Crested Butte. Additional holdings are in North Carolina, Idaho, Tennessee, Mexico and the Caribbean. The Divine Family is an active participant and investor in a private equity firm that both manages and has ownership control of several manufacturing companies located in the U.S. and Canada. Hal Divine has been involved in several businesses in Asia for over 30 years. The Divine family has a partnership that presently owns a manufacturing company and real estate in Hong Kong. The family is also a part owner of three factories located on the mainland of China that employ over 10,000 individuals.The Harold and Rita Divine Foundation is managed from Boulder, Colo.

Casey Wyse, Project Controller
Mr. Wyse joined The Atira Group in October of 2007 as Project Controller. Prior to joining Atira, he held the position of controller of club operations at Cordillera. Prior to that position, Mr. Wyse filled many roles throughout his 11-year-career with Cordillera including positions in real estate and development accounting as well as operations accounting. Prior to Cordillera, Mr. Wyse was employed by Vail Resorts as a revenue auditor. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Black Hills State University in Spearfish, S.D., where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
